Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns / Replacement / Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue, we offer:
- Replacement: If product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Refund: If replacement isn’t possible, or you prefer refund
2. Eligibility
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- Provide your order number, photos of the issue (if applicable), description of the problem.
- Product should be in the same condition as received (unless damaged).
3. Process
- Send email or message to info@pureandnatural.pk with the above information.
- We’ll review and respond within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, we’ll arrange for pick up / replacement or refund.
4. Refund method
Refunds are made via the original payment method. It may take some days depending on bank / payment processor.
5. Shipping
If the product is being returned due to our error (wrong item, damage), we cover return shipping. Otherwise, customer bears the shipping cost.
